Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person (approximately $44,768), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requirements include experience with youth, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
