Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on Milton Hershey School campus in on-site student homes, supervising 8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and adhering to a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role. Requires a two-year-married couple, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans; role located on-campus in Hershey, PA with a second entry in Mullica Hill, NJ (both IN_PERSON).
