Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision and mentorship to a cohort of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and budgets, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel visits, and transition to a placed Houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment. The position is a two-person, married-couple role with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, and requires both spouses to complete separate applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Planned for on-campus housing responsibilities
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Must complete individual employment applications for consideration
