Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents on a college campus: a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a work cycle of nine days on duty followed by three days off; duties transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students, and relocation training/benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
