Full-Time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement. Benefits include $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and more. Qualifications include experience with youth, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, no more than three dependent children in the home, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
