Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on an on-campus student home in Polo, IL, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168k per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and on-campus housing and meals. Must be a legally married two-person team, both spouses age 27+, with a high school diploma or GED and other listed qualifications.
