Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents: a two-person couples role residing on campus to supervise 8–13 students in on-site student homes, provide care, mentorship, supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive health and retirement benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
