Two-person married-couple role as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, mentorship, and supervision for 8–13 students, including daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and planning developmental/recreational activities. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
