Job Summary
Manage daily patient care in a privately owned practice serving 55k+ residents in Kerrville, TX, with an expectation of 15–20 patients per day. Utilize Eyefinity for practice management while supporting a team of 9 staff members and 1.5 other optometrists. Deliver comprehensive medical family practice services to a population-to-physician ratio of 10:1. Schedule includes 30–40 total daily patients with a target start date of ASAP. Compensation ranges from $145k annually or 15% of production, supplemented by a $5k sign-on bonus, 401K, malpractice insurance, CE reimbursement, and an HRA.
