Job Summary
The Marketing Database Director will oversee the customer database and drive database strategies to ensure customer information is actionable for revenue growth. The role includes working with 3rd party data vendors for updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing data governance best practices. Additional responsibilities involve capturing audience behavioral information, supervising statisticians for predictive modeling, and ensuring the marketing analytics focus on customer acquisition and lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in database marketing and management
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing or Technology
- 3+ years of experience managing CRM/marketing databases
- Hands on, results driven, and thrives in a fast past environment
- Highly detail-oriented, particularly related to reviewing and manipulating large amounts of data
- Knowledge of data governance and hygiene best practices
- Ability to leverage Excel functionality to streamline project processes
