Full-Time Operations Supervisor - TForce Freight

Job Summary
Coordinates the day-to-day operations of TForce Freight Service Centers; analyzes operational data to understand productivity, service, and quality targets; collaborates with the Service Center management team to develop action plans and improve service level results; oversees staff within the department; participates in new hire orientation and conducts safety and quality training; determines employee training needs and provides feedback and support; conducts performance evaluations and resolves performance issues; builds labor relations by interacting with labor officials and unionized employees and addressing and resolving requests and situations; coaches and develops others using career development processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
- Previous dock operations experience - Preferred
- Supervisory experience in the transportation industry - Preferred
