Lead daily operations for the Cage, Slots, and Guest Services departments by providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to establish objectives, review progress, and hold employees accountable for organizational goals. Oversee adherence to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and AGCO standards while monitoring departmental performance, staffing, and service levels. Ensure financial integrity through cash management, audit compliance, reconciliations, and asset safeguarding. Investigate discrepancies, monitor suspicious activities, and complete required documentation and incident reporting. Facilitate onboarding, training, and workforce planning activities to support operational needs and build relationships with guests, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. Adapt to a 24/7 schedule with non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
