Full Time Operations Manager

Lead and coach a store team to achieve KPI targets by managing inventory, merchandising, and omni-channel processes while ensuring SOP compliance and delivering a customer-centric shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with scheduling, workload execution, training and performance management, shrink and safety programs, and interdepartmental collaboration; oversee truck unload, stocking, and visual/feature-space execution, and participate in merchandising and framing operations as needed; ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and legal requirements. The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to maintain a positive, respectful work environment in a busy retail setting, including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Total base pay range: $17.75-$23.10 per hour.
