Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to diagnose injuries, diseases, and disabilities, then develop individualized treatment plans with achievable goals. Utilize a wide array of physical therapy modalities and interventions to enhance patient care, while educating and training patients and caregivers on their conditions. Document meticulous patient records adhering to regulatory standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and nurses to ensure holistic care. Engage in continuing education, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and manage data collection to improve clinical outcomes. Work onsite with diverse populations ranging from neonates to geriatric patients in a collaborative rehabilitation center environment.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state Physical Therapist license
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
