Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess strength, range of motion, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery from injury or surgery. Continuously monitor progress, document treatments, and adjust therapy plans to achieve therapeutic goals while educating families on self-care and assistive device use. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss care strategies within a multidisciplinary approach. Maintain professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on latest practices.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid State License to practice Physical Therapy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in using word processing and computer applications
- A flexible and adaptable mindset
