Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions through thorough assessments to formulate treatment plans. Administer therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and functional training to improve physical capabilities. Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans based on responses while educating patients and families on techniques and assistive devices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to align therapeutic goals and stay current on latest practices through continuous education. Work onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center serving diverse populations from children to seniors, with flexible scheduling options available.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other software applications relevant to patient care
- Demonstrated flexibility and agility when working with various patient needs
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting
