Job Summary
Review patient medical histories and current conditions to create personalized treatment plans. Consult directly with patients to assess physical symptoms, diagnose movement dysfunction, and establish therapeutic goals. Instruct patients on therapeutic exercise techniques and administer manual therapies such as massage and mobilization. Assist patients with mobility devices to maximize independence and maintain accurate records tracking progress. Provide guidance to patients and families on in-home exercises while collaborating with other healthcare professionals for integrated care. Work onsite in patients' homes treating individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Submit resume and cover letter to HR for application review.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic therapy
- Strong background in evaluating and treating a variety of physical conditions, with a focus on patient-centric care
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office applications
