Job Summary
Sort donated merchandise by quality, category, and seasonal relevance while identifying high-value items for additional review. Prepare products for baling, loading, and shipment, and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day. Move materials, cardboard, and trash to designated areas, assist with product flow, and report supply needs or equipment concerns to leadership. Maintain quality standards while completing work accurately and efficiently, supporting other departments when needed. This physically active warehouse role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. One Vision processes donations to support individuals with disabilities across Iowa.
