Job Summary
Office Clerk responsible for handling customer interactions, phones, data entry, and a range of administrative duties in a Saskatchewan-based cooperative office. Key responsibilities include answering phones, directing calls, adhering to asset protection and safety policies, completing and reconciling daily cash-ups, recording journal entries to reconcile inventory accounts, making bank deposits, administering end-of-day/month/year procedures, processing data and filing invoices and correspondence, and managing accounts payable/receivable with reconciliation of statements. Strong computer skills (Office 365) and a pleasant, outgoing personality, with the ability to work with the public, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a computerized office environment.
- Office or Business Admin certificate or equivalent experience may be considered.
