Job Summary
Provide and administer occupational therapy to patients/residents; perform initial examinations, develop and revise plan of care, and create patient records. Responsible for on-site OT care, supervising the COTA, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with payer requirements, coordinating discharge plans, and performing duties as assigned within an in-house therapy program to support rehabilitation in a skilled-nursing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited educational program in occupational therapy
- Licensed in the state in which they will be practicing
- Must not be excluded or sanctioned from state or federal program
