Job Summary
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric clients addressing sensory processing, fine motor skills, feeding, and ADL challenges. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing family education, and maintaining documentation. An ideal candidate is a compassionate and motivated professional with a current California Occupational Therapy License, two years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy License required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT), with experience in sensory processing, fine motor delays, feeding, and ADL training.
- Strong communication skills, both with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are engaging, creative, and fun for children.
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to providing the best care possible.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Outpatient Clinic setting is preferred.
