Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions to the plan of care as supervised by the Physician. Maintain an active state license and ensure all required screenings, certifications, and licensure are current. Adhere to Functional Pathways policies and procedures while managing time and organizational demands. This full-time role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants only. You will contribute to the well-being of veterans at Arizona State Veterans' Home in Tucson, AZ, within a compassionate healthcare community focused on honoring those who have served.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
