Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care for residents under physician supervision. Maintain active state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure per Functional Pathways policies. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, with certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations. Required Qualifications
