Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care under physician supervision. Maintain active state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure as mandated by state and national board associations. Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills while adhering to Functional Pathways policies and procedures. This role supports older adults at The Cedars of Chapel Hill in a resident-centered environment focused on wellness and personalized care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
