Job Summary
Conduct patient care activities under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists in an outpatient clinic serving an independent and assisted living community. Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, eating, and mobility, while promoting functional independence and rehabilitation goals. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards. This role offers 14 PTO days, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and free Relias CEUs. Graduates of an accredited OTA program eligible for Texas licensure are required.
