Job Summary
Field Inspector to verify residential occupancy in Howell County, MO. Perform brief exterior visits to determine property occupancy status, capture 9+ photos, and submit reports via mobile applications. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory with a flexible, autonomous workload. Inspections are designed for speed (typically 5–6 minutes on-site) and require driving across rural areas with longer drives between stops. You must provide your own equipment (fuel-efficient vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet, printer) and be comfortable meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Role is a 1099 independent contractor position with earnings described as a per-inspection flat rate and the potential to earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour, varying by county and volume.
