Job Summary
Full-Time Nursing Faculty OB/Peds position requiring MSN. Instruct students in classroom, lab, and clinical settings; promote a positive learning environment; collaborate to implement the curriculum; participate in Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees; recommend strategies for student success; tutor students toward course objectives; implement clinical experiences if applicable; evaluate student progress and provide feedback. Must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN), have an active Michigan RN license (never encumbered), and BLS certification; 1 year of prior teaching experience in OB/Peds preferred. On-site at Bingham Farms Campus, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Michigan RN license (not encumbered)
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum three years full-time nursing practice as RN
