Job Summary
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings, prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, and perform injections. Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards and collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services. Primary center is Washington with a proposed schedule of Sunday through Tuesday. Certified Nurse Practitioner licensure and DEA registration are required. This role supports Crossroads Treatment Centers' mission to combat the opioid epidemic through evidence-based medication assisted treatment, serving over 26,500 patients across multiple states.

- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
