Full Time Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant- Lake Harbour

Provide general and preventative care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and perform wellness exams to guide patients toward healthier lives. Order and interpret lab and imaging tests, prescribe medications, and design personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations. Conduct sports physicals and occupational medicine testing, including DOT and non-DOT physicals, while caring for workers' compensation patients focused on recovery. Collaborate with the team to review clinical practices, provide education to empower families, and support clinic operations as needed. This full-time, non-exempt role features a 3-2 split rotation with every-other- weekend work in a warm, patient-focused clinic setting.
