Job Summary
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings, prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment, and perform injections. Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards and collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care, including referrals to other medical providers and community services. Schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts from 8am to 5pm at the Morristown primary center.
Required Qualifications
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
- DEA licensure in the state of the center
