Job Summary
Coordinate, oversee, and provide advanced nursing care to medical oncology patients while functioning as a Clinical Patient Navigator. Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessments, oversee treatment infusions and supportive care needs, and write orders within practice agreement limits. Maintain clinical documentation, educate patients and families on treatment plans, and participate in clinical quality and research initiatives. Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses in a multi-disciplinary, integrated model of care.
