Full Time Nurse Days

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response at the Marathon County Jail. Monitor patient conditions, communicate changes to the healthcare team, and maintain accurate electronic medical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel while promoting patient education, wellness, and continuity of care. Follow established clinical protocols to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. This full-time 12-hour day shift role features a rotating schedule including every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with sign-on and retention bonuses available.
