Job Summary
Perform both imaging and non-imaging procedures on patients and/or patient samples using radioactive tracers. Handle radioactive materials safely and correctly while operating radiation detection equipment. Conduct appropriate computer analysis to generate patient results and deliver care based on specific age and culture-related attributes. Adhere to the Patient and Family Centered Care philosophy. Requires an associate's degree from a JRCERT-accredited program, NMTCB certification, and BLS upon hire. Full-time day shift at Trenton Hospital with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- associate's degree
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program
- CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- 6 months from date of hire
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- Upon Hire required
- comply with the MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement
