Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inmates, administer medications and treatments, and complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately. Respond to medical emergencies with calm, clinical care while collaborating with providers, nurses, and correctional staff. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and patient dignity throughout all shifts. This role operates on a rotating schedule including every other weekend, with 12-hour shifts running from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Southern Health Partners offers a sign-on and retention bonus for this position within the Marshall County Jail team.
