Job Summary
Night Nurse responsible for providing hands-on nursing care to residents, administering and documenting medications, delivering health-care instructions to patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Roles include assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges; observing and reporting vital signs and patient condition; maintaining accurate charts; ensuring a safe and comfortable environment; and potentially taking charge of the unit as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/RN Licensure: 1 year (Preferred)
