Provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, and respond to medical needs within the Cabarrus County Jail. Assess and address patient healthcare concerns, document care accurately, and monitor chronic conditions while collaborating with providers and nursing staff. Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality during emergency situations. Work rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend, with a sign-on and retention bonus available.
