Job Summary
Full Time Night Behavioral Health Associate I provides supervision and care within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities include monitoring client behaviors, conducting safety checks, recording vital signs, documenting in client records, facilitating educational-rehabilitative groups on topics like social and coping skills, promoting participation in activities, de-escalation in crises, and coordinating transfer/transport as needed. The role emphasizes a safe, structured environment, client engagement, incident reporting, and orientation of new clients to programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred
- CPR certification and de-escalation training
