Job Summary
Greet and assist guests during overnight hours, ensuring consistent service levels. Run end-of-day reports, manage night audit backups, and roll the date. Maintain the house bank, process deposits, and accurately report daily receipts. Handle cash transactions and communicate verbally and in writing to resolve guest requests. Available to work a flexible schedule between 10pm and 6am, including weekends and holidays. This role supports the main Mall of America hotel within the Terratron portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule between 10pm and 6am including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
- Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge
- Cash handling skills
- Reliable, self-motivated and responsible time management
