Job Summary
Check guests in and out while processing payments, updating accounts, and entering reservation information. Respond to guest requests with urgency and empathy, collaborate on room availability, and maintain the front desk environment. Close and balance room accounts, run reports, and make necessary adjustments. Work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment, standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH
