FULL TIME NIGHT ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Develop store atmosphere focused on customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while assisting the store manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Manage associate schedules and productivity to maximize store output, instill the Renfroe's mission statement, and train staff on job performance. Monitor customer transactions, POS systems, and restricted sale items, ensuring proper tender handling and adherence to company policy. Maintain product freshness, merchandising standards, and case temperatures while identifying unsafe conditions and reporting safety risks, theft, or fraud. Ensure compliance with health department procedures and managerial accident protocols. Full-time night shift role requiring ability to lift 50 pounds, stand long periods, and walk throughout the store.
