FULL TIME NIGHT ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Develop store atmosphere focused on customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while assisting the store manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Manage associate schedules and productivity to maximize store output, ensuring fresh product quality, accurate merchandising, and proper case temperatures. Monitor customer transactions through check lanes, handle various tenders including Cash, Checks, Credit, and SNAP per policy, and train associates on job performance. Identify unsafe conditions, report safety risks or illegal activity such as theft or fraud, and adhere to health department and restricted sale item guidelines. Perform physical duties including standing long periods, lifting 50 pounds, and bending. Report all issues and accidents immediately to maintain compliance and safety standards.
