Job Summary
Provide attentive, engaged care for three boys ages 4, 2.5, and 1, managing differing nap and rest schedules while planning age-appropriate activities focused on outdoor play in the fenced backyard. Handle children's meals, snacks, and mealtime routines, and maintain laundry, playspaces, and related tidying. Communicate clearly and consistently with parents regarding daily updates and coordinate with the household's morning staff and afternoon Household Assistant/Nanny during overlapping afternoon hours. This full-time role includes guaranteed 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, starting early September, with workers' compensation, a health insurance stipend, and on-site parking. A household vehicle is available if transportation is ever needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven professional nanny experience with multiple children under five
- Comfortable managing overlapping nap schedules and varied routines
- Punctual and highly reliable
- Strong, proactive communication skills
- Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
