Job Summary
Full-time nanny needed in Miami Beach to care for two children ages 7 and 3, with a newborn care specialist for the first six months. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM with morning duties, followed by afternoon care around 2:00–3:00 PM, school pickups, homework support, light meals, and evening routine. Travel with the family both domestically and internationally a few times per year. The role includes helping with homework, early childhood education activities, and supporting mom with the infant during the day while older children are in school; travel-ready, organized, warm, and developmentally minded candidates preferred. Compensation is $35-$40 per hour plus benefits including healthcare stipend, PTO, paid holidays, sick pay, and travel per diem.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a professional nanny in private homes
- Strong preference for a career nanny with a teaching background or strong educational experience
- High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Experience with school-age children and preschoolers required
- Must be able to drive and safely transport children in Miami Beach
- Passport and flexibility to travel required
