Job Summary
Newborn-focused, full-time live-out nanny in Delray Beach, FL starting September 1, 2026. Responsibilities include attentive newborn care (feeding, diapering, soothing, sleep routines), monitoring health and developmental milestones, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and supporting parents with newborn routines. Ideal candidate is a strong team player who can collaborate and lead when needed. Requirements include prior newborn care experience, fluent Spanish, knowledge of child development, reliability, a valid driver’s license with car provided, authorization to work in the U.S., 3–5 professional references, minimum age 18, and passport with openness to travel. Schedule is Monday–Saturday, 9am-12 and 2-5 with flexibility; guaranteed 40 hours/week. Benefits include paid vacation, sick days, personal days, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
