Job Summary
Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers by supporting feeding, naps, and daily routines while encouraging learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities. Communicate daily updates with parents about their child's day and maintain a positive environment where children can learn and grow. Work with vetted, local families throughout Sunnyvale during Monday–Friday daytime shifts, typically running 6–9 hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You must have at least one year of childcare experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of infant childcare experience
- Are least 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Can provide references (At least 2 related to childcare work; 1 character)
- Monday–Friday availability preferred
- Most shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Typical shifts are 6–9 hours
