Job Summary
Full-Time Nanny for a 4-month-old in Charlotte, NC (Mallard Creek area). Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with a focus on infant development, active hands-on engagement, and a low-screen environment. Responsibilities include meeting daily care needs (feeding, changing, napping), age-appropriate play and learning activities, tummy time, storytime, sensory play, and possible off-site outings as the child grows. The family emphasizes safety, privacy, and respectful household routines, and requires 3+ years of nanny experience, a college degree or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, a background check, and references. Strong communication with parents, ability to work alongside parents at home, and adherence to safety and health guidelines are essential.
Required Qualifications
