Job Summary
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in-store visits according to company guidelines, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions and maintain leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy. Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with management. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches while following the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and ability to drive to store locations within 25-35 miles of Peoria, IL. Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Start time: 07:00 AM
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Peoria, IL
