Job Summary
Conduct in-store visits to capture display images and order products via iPad to ensure shelf stock conditions. Maintain and construct promotional displays for brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy by following Mondelēz merchandising guidelines and communicating with sales representatives. Represent the company in front of store employees, verify negotiated plans are followed, and enhance seasonal sales and new product launches. Work Sundays through Thursdays starting at 7:00 AM, driving to locations within 35 miles of Westchester, IL. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Schedule availability required: Sunday-Thursday
- Start time: 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
