Job Summary
Fulfill Mondelēz merchandising and order-writing duties in assigned California stores by stocking shelves, maintaining and updating displays, and coordinating with the Sales Representative. Conduct in-store visits, capture display photos, and place product orders via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions. Represent Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.), follow Mondelēz merchandising guidelines, and execute promotions and seasonal displays while traveling to multiple store locations.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull over 50 lbs as needed
- Comfort with repetitive stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
