Job Summary
Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer responsible for in-store merchandising, stocking shelves, and creating displays. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, work with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Nabisco products, and construct promotional displays. Carry out in-store visits per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, capture photos of displays, and place orders via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions. Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others) are well represented and maintained through Mondelēz guidelines. Follow the daily merchandising schedule and enhance seasonal sales and new product launches. Requires proximity to Fort Wayne, IN or Bluffton, IN with a start window around 06:00 AM; includes mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
